Pretty soon we’ll be unveiling our online social network for all of our Colleagues, friends and friends of friends. It’ll be very similar to other online communities with one major difference – it’s specifically for people in transport and logistics. It’s designed to give you a platform to meet new people, share views, find out titbits, hunt for the perfect job, find training opportunities and help your friends do the same.

However, there’s a problem – we don’t know what to call it!! At the moment it’s just “Community” but we think you can do better than that. We’ve come up with a few suggestions to get the creative juices flowing: Base Station, Home 20 or Breaker 1-9. If you have any brilliant ideas for a name and you want to share them with us then please email them to us at jobs@milestoneops.com. Not only could you become famous the world over, but there might be a prize in it for you too! All entrants will have their names put into a big hat and the first one picked out will get a brand new apple ipod shuffle in your colour choice!

You’ll also be the first people to get a profile on the site and automatically qualify for some Smile Miles which you’ll be able to exchange for a reward if you start working with us.
